I posted the piece on YouTube a few weeks ago. Clicking the performance will take you there. My arrangement is a fingerstyle chord-melody version, with an improvisation over the A section and an intro that also serves as the outro. The explanations of the arrangement are available here at the jazz school, as always. I'll explain the chords, how to handle dynamics, and how ghost notes can add more flow to the river. I've also written out my improvisation for you. It runs through the first part of the piece and stays within the harmonic progression, but uses some substitutions and introduces a lot of rhythmic variety.
